The easy answer is, "I work in a software company called VAC Softteck."
But for me, it's much more than that.
I've always been curious about how things work. Whether it's a telephone system, a server, a network, or a piece of software, I enjoy understanding it, improving it, and finding better ways to solve problems. That curiosity has shaped both my career and the way I approach life.
VAC Softteck has become a place where that curiosity has a purpose.
Every customer comes with a different challenge. Sometimes it's a business struggling to manage customer calls. Sometimes it's a team trying to connect WhatsApp, CRM, and their phone system into one smooth workflow. Sometimes it's simply about making everyday communication less complicated.
I enjoy those conversations because they remind me that technology isn't about features—it's about people. Behind every support ticket, every phone call, and every deployment is someone hoping their work becomes a little easier.
What I appreciate most about VAC Softteck is that it encourages solving problems instead of selling products. There isn't a standard answer for every customer, and that's what makes the journey interesting. Every solution teaches me something new.
I'm also someone who believes learning should never stop. The technology I worked with five years ago isn't enough today. AI, cloud platforms, communication systems, cybersecurity, and automation continue to evolve, and I enjoy keeping up with that change. Every new concept I learn eventually finds its way into something we build or improve.
Of course, not every day is exciting. There are late nights, unexpected issues, deployments that don't go as planned, and problems that take hours—or sometimes days—to solve. But those moments have taught me patience, persistence, and the value of staying calm when things don't go according to plan.
To me, VAC Softteck isn't just where I work. It's a journey of learning, building, failing, improving, and growing—both as a technology professional and as a person.
I don't write this to promote a company.
I write it because I'm grateful for the opportunities to learn, for the people who trust us with their businesses, and for the belief that technology, when built with care, can genuinely make someone's day a little easier.
If you've found this article, thank you for reading. I hope that through this blog, I can share not only what I build, but also what I learn along the way.
